For front design: List your name of choice---Mama, Nana, Mamaw, Mimi, Gigi, Grandma, etc....
For the sleeves: List child's name with Elf of your choice. Names will be pressed on sleeve from top to bottom.

Bleached Shirts will be done the regular bleached style. If you'd prefer the acid washed style, put "acid washed" in the notes.
