Where are you located? 

We are located in Andersonville, Tennessee.

Do you have a physical store? 

No we do not have a store location, we are online only. 

How can I contact you? 

You can email us at anytime at support@countryrootsdesigns.com. You can also use the chat bar in the bottom of the site. Please DO NOT call us via chat!!

Please allow 48-business hours (not including weekends or holidays) to get back with you.

What size should I buy?

If you're not sure which size is right for you, refer to our size charts and descriptions located under each product.

Can I Use More Than One Discount Code?

Discount codes can not be stacked with any other offer or promotion. Only one discount code is permitted per order.

Can I add to my order?

No. Once an order is placed we can not add to it. You will have to place a second order and it will ship separately.

Can you combine my orders if they have not shipped yet?

No. We Can Not combine shipping on any orders. Once an order is placed it has to have it's own tracking number. Orders placed on separate days will have different processing/turn around times.

Do You Sell Digital Designs?

No. We do not sell or giveaway digital designs.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and also provide several additional payment options at checkout including PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Sezzle.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

No. We do not do wholesale or do bulk pricing.

Shipping, Returns, Exchanges

Where do you ship to?

We ship in the USA only.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. We meet at the Norris/Clinton Wal-Mart ONLY!!

When your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of scheduling a pickup. We meet Monday through Friday ONLY

*Please DO NOT choose local pickup at checkout if you are not located in our area or you cannot meet at the designated pickup location.

*If local pickup is chosen at checkout and you are not local or you can't meet at the pickup area specified, we will notify you about adding the extra cost for shipping. Shipping will need to be added to your order before we can ship it. 

What is your turn around time?

Processing Time (turn around time) is the time frame it takes to make your item(s). Processing time for shirt orders is between 10-15 Business Days. This DOES NOT include weekends, holidays, owner vacation days, or shipping. Please refer to our STORE POLICIES for any additional processing times & information.

How much does shipping cost?

It depends on your location and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, enter your address, and press the “update total” button.

When will my order ship?

Most shirt orders ship within 10-15 business days (2-3 weeks) if not sooner. Our normal business days are Monday through Friday ONLY and do not include weekends, Holidays, or shipping. Please keep in mind that we bleach our shirts outside with the help of the sun. Although our processing time is 10-15 business days, there is the possibility of delays due to the weather.

Please do not email us everyday asking when your order will ship. As the buyer, you are responsible for reading the processing times. Answering these emails only delays us.

Please refer to our Shipping/Local Pickup policies for all turn around times.

How do i track my order?

Yes. We ship all items by weight via USPS. Once your order ships, tracking info is automatically sent to the email or number that you provided for your order. You then can track your package at http://www.usps.com. If you do not see an email or if you log into your account and select the order and no tracking number is showing, the order HAS NOT been shipped. Please don't message/email us asking for that info. If it is available it will be there. You will get a notification once label is created.

The tracking number says "delivered" but I haven't received my order. What do i do?

Confirm that the shipping address you provided is correct, look around the delivery location for your package, and check with your neighbors to see if your package was delivered next door. Sometimes USPS updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up. If your package is still missing, call your local post office with your tracking number. They will be able to look up GPS coordinates that will show them exactly where the package was delivered to. 

DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF MAIL THEFT/PORCH PIRATES WE SUGGEST YOU SHIP TO A SAFE ADDRESS! If your package is showing delivered, the post office confirms that it was delivered correctly, and you are certain it was stolen, then you must file a police report and report the package as stolen. Mail theft is a felony and both the post office and the police take it very seriously. 

My address is wrong on my order. How do i change it?

If you made a mistake with your shipping details, contact us ASAP with your name, order number, & new shipping information. If you do not get a response, we DID NOT get your email.

In some cases it may be too late to update the address. If your order has already shipped before notifying us of the address change, we will not be held liable for packages lost/shipped to the address that was entered incorrectly! It is imperative that you check and double check your shipping information before completing your order to insure it's correct.

You will be responsible for paying to have your order reshipped if package is returned back to us. If the package is not returned back to us, then you will need to reorder and your order will not be refunded.
