Shipping/Local Pickup Policy

Estimated processing times may vary. We process orders in the order they are received. 

Bleached shirts-- We bleach our shirts outside with the help of the sun. Although our processing time is 10-15 business days, there is the possibility of delays due to the weather.

PROCESSING TIMES:

Processing times are the same for local pickup and shipping. All items (excluding ready to ship items) are made to order

ShirtsProcessing time is 10-15 business days for your order to ship. This does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time. When ordering bleached shirts, we are dependent on the weather. Orders may be delayed due to bad weather.

Tumblers, Car Fresheners, Car CoastersProcessing time is 5-7 Business Days for your order to be shipped. This does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time.

Ready To Ship Items- All Ready To Ship items will ship within 1-3 business days! Please keep in mind ready to ship and made-to-order items have different processing/turn around times! When ordering Ready to ship items with made-to-order items, your Ready To Ship items will not ship until your made-to-order items ship.

We ship all items by weight via USPS. We make every effort to securely package your order for shipment. However, we are not responsible for your package once it has shipped, including (but not limited to) shipping delays, incorrect address, damaged items, or lost/stolen packages.

Tracking:

Once your order ships, tracking info is automatically sent to the email or number that you provided for your order. You then can track your package at http://www.usps.com. If you do not see an email or if you log into your account and select the order and no tracking number is showing, the order HAS NOT been shipped. Please don't message/email asking for that info. If it is available it will be there. You will get a notification once label is created.

Shipping Delays

Once your order ships, we are NOT responsible for shipping delays or errors. We can not control shipping times and do not guarantee a delivery date. We are NOT responsible for the mailing service.

Wrong/Incorrect Address 

Please carefully review the address you enter during checkout, as incomplete information can result in shipping delays. Shipping labels print directly from the information you provide, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect or partial shipping information. If package is sent back to us due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for paying to have your order reshipped. If the package is not returned back to us, then you will need to reorder and your lost order will not be refunded.

If package is delivered to wrong house, it is buyers responsibility to track down package.
LOCAL PICKUP:

We meet at the Norris/Clinton Wal-Mart, Monday- Friday ONLY. We will not be available for meets on Saturday or Sunday! Available times we can meet would be Monday-Thursday around 5/5:30 & Fridays around 11-noon. If you can't meet at those times, please do not select the local pickup option. 

When your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of scheduling a pickup. Once you receive your pickup email, contact us to arrange a day and time to meet.

*If local pickup is chosen at checkout and you are not local or can't meet at the pickup area or times specified we will notify you about adding the extra cost for shipping. Shipping will need to be added to your order & paid before we can ship it.
