Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations

Each item is made-to-order just for you so our process starts as soon as your purchase is made. Once an order is placed, it CANNOT be changed or modified so please make sure you are 100% wanting your items before placing your order.
**If you need an item by a certain time please Contact Us BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER to ensure we can create and deliver that item in the time frame you need it. 

Our processing times are located in multiple places on our website as well as our Facebook group. We will not refund, cancel, or exchange an order because of buyer remorse or for not reading the processing times/store policies!!!

REFUND POLICY:

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it for wear, etc... Should your item be damaged/defective or incorrect, you will receive a pre-paid return label via email for you to send your item back. It is the customer’s responsibility to package and print the pre-paid label. Once item is received back a refund with store credit will be issued.
